Sweetwater neighborhoods offer view home sites
Sweetwater devotes roughly half of its 1,400 acres devoted to parks, trails and natural open spaces, providing many opportunities to select a home site with beautiful Hill Country views to enjoy all year 'round.
Hillcrest has several cul-de-sac streets that are surrounded by natural open space with views of canyons, ridges and rugged rock outcroppings. It offers a scenic setting for new homes priced from the mid $400,000s by Coventry and M/I Homes.
Stone Creek, offering homes priced from the high $300,000s by Chesmar and Westin, has home sites overlooking some of the most beautiful segments of Sweetwater’s trail system. Other home sites look in the same direction as the Sunset Pavilion, offering spectacular views of the setting sun.
Highland Lakes is bordered by one of the widest expanses of nature reserves in Sweetwater, with the trail system leading to the Sweetwater Club. This neighborhood offers new homes priced from the low $300,000s by Chesmar and Perry.
Offering custom homes priced from the mid $500,000s by River Oaks Homes, the gated Davenport Summit neighborhood offers spectacular views of the trail system and the surrounding Hill Country.
The Summit at Sweetwater has 20-mile Hill Country views atop one of the highest elevations in Sweetwater and Travis County, at 1,235 feet. The Summit is limited to only 30 estate homesites on a single cul-de-sac street.
