Austin Among Nation’s Healthiest Housing Markets
Austin is one of the healthiest housing markets in the country. That's according to a new study by Trulia, the real estate tracking website. Trulia ranks Austin as the fifth best city nationwide for home ownership.
Factors considered in the rankings included fast job growth, low vacancy rates and low foreclosure inventories. For more information, read the blog post by Trulia's chief economist.
Needless to say, it's a good time to buy a home in Austin. And we happen to think that Sweetwater is one of the best places in Austin in which to buy a new home. But then, we're a bit prejudiced.
