Doggie shower makes Chesmar’s Ryder model Fido-friendly

In a recent survey by SunTrust mortgage, 33 percent of homebuyers between the ages of 18 and 36 said they considered dog-friendly features such as a fenced yard and dog shower as a “huge factor” in buying their first home.
