Sweetwater pool chosen as one of top 17 pools in the nation
Builder Online, an industry news website for home builders and developers, recently released an article that features 17 stand-out community pools across the country. Sweetwater’s pool snagged a spot in the list along with five other communities developed by Newland.
Sweetwater's resort-style pool is really three pools in one—a gently sloping beach-entry pool that's great for moms and toddlers, a family pool with two regulation lap lanes, and a quiet pool beneath a waterfall, complete with a tanning ledge and seating coves. The splash pad has bubbling fountains, bright red spray hoops and water cannons.
The Sweetwater pool is only a part the Sweetwater Club, a 10-acre amenity complex available exclusively to Sweetwater residents. The club also features a Hill Country-inspired clubhouse with indoor space for events and meetings, athletic fields, a sport court, dog park and an events lawn.
