Perry, Chesmar now selling in new neighborhood near Sweetwater’s newest park
Parks are one of the amenities that Sweetwater residents love most about their community, and a new neighborhood offers homebuyers the opportunity to live next to a new park with nature-inspired play features, a butterfly garden, an open lawn area and much more.
Perry Homes and Chesmar Homes are now selling new homes priced from the high $200,000s in this neighborhood, planned for 63 homesites. It is located along a new extension of Sweetwater’s main thoroughfare, Pedernales Summit Parkway, with easy access to Highway 71.
Located at the entrance to this new neighborhood, Sweetwater’s newest park will have many features designed to harmonize with the community’s beautiful Hill Country environment. These include a boulder play set, a faux log swing set, and logs and rocks for kids to hop and clamber over.
Part of more than 700 acres of amenities and natural open space at Sweetwater, this new park will have something for everyone when it opens in the summer of 2018. It will include a butterfly garden, with paths connecting to Sweetwater’s overall trail system, ultimately planned to extend for 10 miles.
This park will also include bike racks, an open lawn and soccer field, and a picnic area with a grill. Existing trees will be preserved, and new trees and native Texas landscaping will be added to provide natural beauty throughout the year.
