Breathtaking rotunda foyer with spiral staircase highlights new Westin model in Sweetwater
We’ve blogged about the stunning views from many homesites in Sweetwater’s Stone Creek neighborhood, where Chesmar and Westin offer new homes from the $370,000s.
The views from inside can be just as spectacular, especially when you step through the front door of Westin’s new fully furnished model home, the Carter III.
At the end of the soaring two-story foyer awaits a classic spiral staircase with wrought iron spindles and treads matching the foyer’s hardwood floors. Pendant lights lead the eye upward, where a detailed rotunda ceiling echoes the circular shape of the staircase.
It’s a very elegant feature for a home plan priced from the low $400,000s, and it’s become a design signature for Westin, one of the newest homebuilders in Sweetwater.
The drama continues with two-story ceilings in the family room and formal living room.
More highlights include a private downstairs guest suite and a formal dining room. The luxurious primary suite has a bay window sitting area and double walk-in closets.
Upstairs, the Carter III has a children’s loft and a gameroom, with options for a media room and fifth bedroom.
The covered patio showcases the appeal of outdoor living in Stone Creek, where many homesites offer views of scenic canyons and ridges, part of the overall 700 acres devoted to parks, trails and natural open spaces in Sweetwater.
Other homesites are just footsteps away from some of the most scenic sections of Sweetwater’s trail system, such as Limestone Falls.
In our next blog, we’ll tour Chesmar’s new Stone Creek model, the one-story Ryder.
