Enjoy live music, food trucks, kids activities & more at the Sweetwater Fall Festival on Sat., Nov. 10
Everyone’s invited to come out to Sweetwater’s annual Fall Festival on Sat., Nov. 10, to enjoy live music, bounce houses, food trucks, a beer garden, train rides and much more.
Festival hours are from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at Sweetwater, located along Highway 71, about 5 miles west of R.R. 620.
The first 300 guests to RSVP will receive a free Sweetwater blanket, and all guests can register for their chance to win a Fall Festival Goodie Basket filled with a pair of Ember Temperature Control Travel Mugs, valued at $150 each. Add in a $100 Starbucks gift card and a couple other items, and the gift basket has an approx. total value of $500.
To have a chance to win, guests simply need to register upon arrival and have their entry forms validated by participating builders in their model homes, where more treats and activities will be in store.
The fun begins at the 10-acre Sweetwater Club, Sweetwater’s flagship amenity, with a petting zoo, bounce houses and other kids’ activities.
The live music stage will host bands including Austin’s own undisKovered, a true variety band that performs hits from many genres and eras, including Motown, classic rock, R&B, Latin and country.
Buses will transport guests to from the Sweetwater Club to Sweetwater’s model homes and to The Summit, where they can enjoy a beer garden and kiddie train ride during the festival. Visitors can also enjoy 20-mile Hill Country views from atop Sweetwater’s highest point.
Sweetwater’s homebuilders will offer special treats and activities in their model homes, including popcorn and a balloon artist from River Oaks Homes. Westin Homes will have pumpkin cupcakes and a glitter artist. Chesmar Homes will have a caramel apple bar, and Perry Homes will have pumpkin cookies and a caricature artist.
