20 mile views atop Sweetwater's highest point
Sweetwater has completed an exclusive enclave of oversized estate home sites perched at a lofty elevation of 1,235 feet, offering spectacular 20-mile views of the surrounding Hill Country and of the 700 acres of dramatic canyons, creeks and natural open space within the community.
These home sites are now offered for sale to homebuyers, who may bring in their own builder.
Home sites are 110 feet wide, and from 150 to 190 feet deep on average, and some are even larger. In addition to offering panoramic Hill Country views, many home sites are wooded with oak trees.
Situated along a single, private cul-de-sac street along a hilltop ridge, these home sites offer the highest elevation developed thus far in the residential portion of Sweetwater, and one of the highest elevations anywhere in Travis County.
This exclusive neighborhood is gate-guarded, with the only entrance through the gated Davenport Summit neighborhood below. The single road up to the estate enclave is impressive, with the elevation climbing 300 feet from the gated entrance.
