Latest Sweetwater aerial photo shows growth
The latest aerial photo of Sweetwater shows the continuing growth of our community and immediate surrounding area of Western Travis County. Our Sweetwater Clubhouse opened a couple of months ago, and all of our sports fields are now finished and being used daily. The neighborhood villages of Canyonwood and Creekside are nearing completion, and new sections of our Highland Lakes and Davenport Summit villages have recently opened, along with our brand new village Stonecreek. In mid-May another new village, Hillcrest, will open.
Lake Travis Middle School – The new Lake Travis Middle School opens in Fall 2014.
Sweetwater Club – Our residents know that the 10-acre Sweetwater Club has become the hub of the community, with an array of social activities happening all year-round. The beautiful clubhouse and additional sports fields were completed in early 2014.
Neighborhood Villages – Sweetwater is a community of small neighborhood villages, which makes it easy to get acquainted with those who live nearby.
- Davenport Summit – Our first gated village, with large homesites and Hill Country views, features homes from the $500s by Drees and River Oaks.
- Canyonwood & Creekside – These two intermingled neighborhood villages feature homes by Ashton Woods, David Weekley, Coventry, and Taylor Morrison, starting in the upper $300s.
- Highland Lakes – This village is named after our Central Texas lakes and features a wide range of one and two-story homes by Ryland and Chesmar, starting in the upper $200s.
