New Sweetwater aerial shows future school, neighborhood villages and club
This is our latest aerial photo taken of Sweetwater, which shows the exciting progress that is being made in and around our community.
Lake Travis Middle School – The site for the new Lake Travis Middle School which opens in Fall 2014.
Sweetwater Club – Our residents know that the 10-acre Sweetwater Club has become the hub of the community, with an array of social activities happening all year-round. The beautiful clubhouse and additional sports fields are finishing completion in early 2014.
Neighborhood Villages – Sweetwater is a community of small neighborhood villages, which makes it easy to get acquainted with those who live nearby.
- Davenport Summit – Our first gated village, with large homesites and Hill Country views, features homes from the $500s by Drees.
- Canyonwood & Creekside – These two intermingled neighborhood villages feature homes by Ashton Woods, David Weekley, Coventry, and Taylor Morrison, starting in the $300s.
- Highland Lakes – This village is named after our Central Texas lakes and features a wide range of one and two-story homes by Ryland, starting in the $200s.
- Stonecreek & Hillcrest – NEW! The roads are in for our next two neighborhood villages. Stonecreek will open in early 2014, with homes by Ashton Woods and David Weekley. Hillcrest will open in Spring 2014. Check back soon for updates.
